Shipping

All items are sent Royal Mail 1st Class recorded deliver unless otherwise requested. Prices vary according to weight and the number of items ordered. I will confirm all of these costs with you during our consultation or at time of order.

 

Delivery times

PhotoArt/PaperArt and WordArt :  These are all bespoke services. I aim to deliver your artwork within 7 days of your order, this varies occasionally depending on the time of year. I will confirm your delivery date when we have received your order.

Scrapbook albums/projects are delivered within 3-4 days upon completion. The estimated delivery date will be discussed during the consultation and confirmed hen the album is complete.

Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of all all products, we do not accept refunds. If there is a problem with your order or your product, please contact me and I will endeavour to address the problem quickly.
