CUSTOM MADE SCRAPBOOKS
All albums are sent Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery. Prices vary according to weight and the number of albums ordered. We will confirm all of these costs with you during our consultation.
CARD COLLECTION AND SINGLE CARDS
All crafted cards and card collections are sent by 1st class post via Royal Mail – we always obtain proof of postage but should you wish for these items to be insured, please indicate when ordering and we will charge accordingly.
DELIVERY TIMES
PhotoArt/PaperArt and WordArt : These are all bespoke services.We aim to deliver your artwork within 7 days of your order, this varies occasionally depending on the time of year. We will confirm your delivery date when we have received your order.
Cards: 3-4 days delivery by 1st class post via RoyalMail
Card Collections: 5-7 working days (some collections are kept as stock items but usually card collections are made to order). If you are ordering in bulk – lead times will vary dependent on the number of items ordered. We will confirm ALL lead times upon receipt of order. All cards will be sent 1st class recorded post via Royal Mail
Photographic prints: All photographic prints are processed to order and take 5-7 days. These will be sent 1st class recorded post via Royal Mail.

REFUNDS
Due to the bespoke nature of all out our products, we do not accept refunds. If there is a problem with your order or your product, please contact us and we will endeavour to address the problem quickly.
